This policy explains what AI Stack Hunter ("we", "us") collects when you use aistackhunter.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible.

• Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe.
• AI Stack Audit requests: the name, email, website, business type, goal, budget and notes you enter in the audit form.
• Tool submissions: your name and email, plus the details of the tool you submit.

We do not ask for or store payment details, since the site does not process payments.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and our CDN (Cloudflare) record standard log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which we use for security and to understand general usage. We store a small amount of data in your browser: your light or dark theme choice, and any tools you add to "your stack". That stays in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us.

How we use your information

• To respond to and follow up on AI Stack Audit requests.
• To send the newsletter, if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To review and, if approved, publish submitted tools.
• To operate, secure and improve the site.

Sharing

We keep audit-request and newsletter data until you ask us to delete it or you unsubscribe. Tool submissions are kept as part of our editorial records.

Your choices and rights

The site is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 16.
